CEB, the governing body for Baseball in Europe, is an independent association formed by 38 National federations of Baseball throughout Europe

CEB is recognized as the sole competent authority for Baseball in Europe by the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC); WBSC is the sole competent authority for Baseball and Softball recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC)

CEB is a non-profit making organization and, in principle, does not pursue any objective of economic character for its own gains

The headquarters of CEB are established in Zagreb (CRO).
